Before your first session, you should contact Dr. Heather either by phone or e-mail to arrange a no-cost phone consultation. During this consultation, she can answer any questions concerning your situation.
> When do you see clients?
Our center is one of the few that work primarily on weekends. We also have day and evening appointments on week days.
> How long will we work together?
We work together as long as you feel that you are growing from our sessions. This may be just a few sessions to work through a crisis or longer term for deeper issues.
> How long are the sessions/how much do they cost?
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost $125.00 per session. In most situations, we meet weekly.
> What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Payments are made at the time of session.
> Do you accept insurance?
Each month, we prepare what’s known as a “superbill” for you to turn in to your healthcare insurance company for potential reimbursement. Your individual provider will determine if reimbursement is covered.
